Windkist Equestrian Centre GENERAL INFORMATION Windkist Equestrian Centre is an interdisciplinary riding academy and boarding facility location on 20 acres, bordering scenic Harold Parker State Forest in North Andover, Massachusetts. Our 41 stall facility offers boarding, lessons, trail club, training and clinics for riders specializing in Hunter/Jumper and/or Dressage. •Indoor ring: 72 feet by 180 feet with a modern crushed rubber/sand footing. •Outside Hunt Course •Half mile conditioning track with cross country jumps •41 stall barn, very modern and clean •7 Paddocks with sheds for protection from weather •Large stalls •Daily turn out, small groups or pairs •Instruction for all levels of riders •Heated/air conditioned viewing room overlooking indoor ring •Thoroughbred breeder program •Active in shows, many winning horses and riders •Opportunities for working student/instruction A copy of the barn rules are available as Adobe pdf as well as the liability release. The indoor ring has plenty of room. Perfect for practice in any weather, our huge indoor ring is 180 feet long and 72 feet wide. We can ride even with 3 feet of snow on the ground! Large skylights give the ring natural light during the day. At light we have thousands of watts of powerful lighting. Horses are turned out daily into one of several large paddocks where they can run around and get some exercise. When the weather is nice, we have lots of outdoor paddocks for riding, as well as miles and miles of trails in Harold Parker State Forest.
